Each December, Lakeside homeowners receive a notice reminding them that annual dues will be billed at the start of the new year. Association dues are $260 per year.

Invoices are issued on January 1 with Net 30 payment terms, meaning payment is expected by January 31. This update aligns our billing process with our accounting system and ensures all payments are recorded in the correct calendar year. Previously, notices were mailed on December 1 with a January 1 due date, which resulted in payments being received before the new year. Moving the invoice date to January 1 simplifies bookkeeping and keeps all dues within the same fiscal year.

Dues support the ongoing operation and improvement of our community, including:

  • Maintenance of common areas and lakes
  • Insurance and taxes
  • A three‑hour‑per‑day security patrol
  • Social events for adults and children
  • Community improvement projects such as entrance signage, landscaping, and lake fountains

These efforts help maintain property values and contribute to making Lakeside a great place to live.

Dues are mandatory for all homeowners under Article V of the subdivision restrictions, and timely payment is enforced to ensure fairness to all residents. We appreciate your prompt attention to annual dues.
