Lakeside Annual Membership Meeting

Lakeside Subdivision holds its Annual Membership Meeting each year on the third Tuesday of August. The meeting is typically held at the Bluebonnet Regional Library, and the exact meeting time will be announced in advance.

All homeowners receive a notice and a proxy ballot by U.S. Mail prior to the meeting. Returning your proxy ballot is extremely important. Our bylaws require that at least 50% of all Lakeside members either return a ballot or attend the meeting in person in order for us to reach a quorum and conduct official business.

We encourage every homeowner to return their ballot even if you plan to attend the meeting. Submitting your ballot ahead of time greatly speeds up the quorum verification process and helps ensure the meeting can begin on time.
