Each December, notices for the dues payments are mailed to Lakeside homeowners. Dues for our Association are $250 annually. Payments are due the first of January. These funds are used to administer the affairs of the Association, and to promote the beauty, cleanliness, recreation, health, safety and welfare of the properties and residents. The Association has ongoing expenses for maintenance of the common areas and lakes, insurance, taxes, and our three hour per day security patrol. The Association also sponsors several social events for both adults and children every year. As funds are available, the Association also undertakes general improvement projects such as the signs at the subdivision entrances, the landscaping at the upper lake, and our new fountains. These efforts are important to maintaining our property values and even more important to Lakeside’s status of being a nice place to live. Please try to be prompt on paying your dues. The dues are mandatory for all homeowners per Article V of the subdivision restrictions and payment is strictly enforced in fairness to all homeowners.
